Midwest Sevens Rally ’25 Route, Schedule, and Destinations

Please RSVP using this Google Form so we can give the restaurants an accurate head count and so we don’t leave your butt behind. If you RSVP and are then unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible.

It’s that time of year again! This year’s event is June 19-21, 2025 in the Mark Twain National Forest of Missouri. The host hotel is the Crossroads Inn and Suites in Salem.

This year’s event will cover a swift 652 miles over the course of four days. That’s a minimum number, and we will add more miles if people want to go a little further on Sunday or head out on some night runs after dinner. If you manage to break down at any point, we have trailers and tools and we will come get you!

This is a rain or shine event. There will be plenty of enclosed vehicles in attendance, so if it rains and you are roofless, you can ride with someone who has come prepared like a responsible adult.

As a reminder, there are no room discounts, no paid meals, and no entry fees for this event.

We’ll then head to The Iron Mule in the town of Ironton, which is in Iron County. Would you believe there was a lot of iron ore mining in this area? It’s all squigglies from there as we make our way back to Salem.

SUNDAY ROUTE TBD

For those that can spend the day Sunday, we will take one final jaunt through the National Forest. Several of us will then drive back home toward Jefferson City. Those drivers could be convinced to take the twisty route all the way home… if you ask nicely.

10:30 AM – Depart from hotel
12:00 PM – Arrive at hotel and depart for home

Please RSVP using this Google Form. This will tell us what vehicle(s) and how many people to be looking for. You can also enter your email address to join the email list. This is the best way to stay abreast of any changes before and during the event. We use our email list to communicate any last-second changes that might come up, such as a closed road or closed restaurant, or bad weather that might leave the roofless people soaked, in which case we will probably just continue on regardless.
